But at the same time, it is a signi cant advantage – female charm helps to solve many problems with partners and in di cult business situations, while men cannot do the same. Although it works di erently in di erent businesses and di erent elds. But my opinion is that in general, in fashion, both men and women equally are capable to succeed. It is not about the gender... For example, among 5 designers who won prizes in the HSE ART & DESIGN X LI–LU collaboration there is only one young man – Kirill Nikolaev, the rest are girls. Therefore, in fashion industry there is no much di erence in this regard. But I think that in the future there will be no problems at all that women could not cope with. At least I wish it could happen. Really!

By the way, women have another important feature that plays a signi cant role in modern world – beauty. It attracts more attention and endear, but this only works at the very beginning. Then it is necessary to show what you are capable of in a professional sense. And here appearance does not matter at all. Therefore, my opinion is that beautiful women cannot succeed easier than others and appearance is not particularly important in this case. The taste in work and the sense of style are valuable.
