There is one common recipe for everyone. First of all you need to go the necessary path: get the right education, experience, understanding of your abilities and even shortcomings. And then just start work hard and honestly and do it better than others. I love it when they say: it’s difficult, but we will do it. I am a responsible person and in the result I have sleepless nights with unfinished scripts. Usually I come up with something and solve problems quickly. As I often say, I run fast and if you want to be around, keep up with me. The main thing is to remember three rules: believe in yourself, don’t underestimate the enemies and don’t be afraid to lead men.

No matter how progressive we are, the idea that the world belongs to men poisons our consciousness. In fact, challenges to success can be self-confidence, lack of knowledge, laziness. And looking for gender barriers is unproductive – jealous men and envious women can equally hinder your success.

I think that the struggle for equal rights has played partly a bad joke with us in this century. We are so successful in this fight that we will have to rewind everything. The future generation will be tired of the desire to «be like a man», «better than a man.» They will get tired of the common misconception that men and women are equal or at least the same thing.

But now I think that it’s easier for a man anyway. And we ourselves are letting them go forward. Remember: when a woman becomes a leader, we definitely say: “you see, a woman leads us!” And this only emphasizes the strangeness of the situation. Ninety percent of a male boss will make a man his. It is a fact. Deputy perhaps will be a woman. But when women surround themselves only with women – either devoted employees, or girlfriends – is also bad. How honest are we ourselves? And another question is whether a woman should depend on a man. Why not? Of course depending on what. It seems to me that a man should open his wallet more often and take upon himself the solution of some problems. I don’t want to call all the time when the lights went out. Another thing is that this may be the dependence that we ourselves admit and which we want. If both are comfortable with that, let it be.
