Alana, we are happy to have you as our #covergirl! Is this a first time you are shooting for a cover? What does mean for you to be a Cover Girl?
Yes, this is my first time being a cover girl! It is a dream come true, and it means so much to me. I have always loved Numéro magazine, so to have a chance to be their cover girl is a complete honor and a goal of mine. I also want to be an inspiration to young girls and women, and to let them know that no matter where you come from or where you’re at in life, you can always make your dreams come true!!
What is your favorite social net?
My favorite social network is for sure Instagram. It is the only network that I’m currently using right now.

How long have you been you using Instagram? How has the impact of Instagram changed with times? (write here about story of your first model contract because of Instagram)
I have been using Instagram since it first came out in 2010. I remember just always posting selfies and pictures for fun for a few years. Then, I ended up landing my first New York modeling contract from Instagram in 2015. Instagram has also impacted my life in so many other ways. I have met so many interesting people. Instagram led to work with great brands like Teen Vogue and Glamour Magazine. I’m also so excited to have reached 500,000 followers. I think the impact of instagram has changed with times because it is now a community where it allows people to grow brands. I think having a social media presence is important when you’re working as a brand because you can showcase your work to a wide audience.
Virtual modeling - our future or just a hipe?
I think just a hipe, but technology has taken off so rapidly that you don't ever know what’s going to happen next. But I don't think it'll catch on because there’s a passion that you give with modeling that can’t be captured virtually.

Let’s talk about you. What is your biggest dream?
My biggest dream would definitely be to walk the Victoria Secret Fashion Show. I remember watching the show back in 2014, and I googled that night as I was watching it, “How to be a Victoria Secret model” because I had no idea what modeling even was at the time. Google had told me to sign with a top agency in New York ,and the rest is history! I also really admire Adriana Lima. Watching her career, hard work and dedication has truly inspired me.

Iced Coffee.
High heels or Sneakers?
High heels.
Yoga or Aerobics?
Aerobics. I enjoy dancing, boxing at Rumble and running in Central Park.
